Here are the highlights of the Silverado Steak House menu, which is subject to change. To start your meal, we offer the following appetizers: Burgundy Sautéed Mushrooms, House Smoked Baby Back Ribs, Oysters on the Half Shell, Crispy B.B.Q. Prime Rib Tacos, Seared Sea Scallops on Baby Spinach, Shrimp Cocktail, Jumbo Lump Crab Cocktail, Lobster Cocktail, and a Cold Seafood Platter with Shrimp, Crab Claws, Lump Crab and Oysters. Soup selections are Silverado French Onion Soup and Lobster Bisque with Cognac. Salad choices include The Wedge and Beet Salad.
All of our steaks are hand selected and custom cut for your dining pleasure. The Steaks and Chops include a Silverado Salad tossed tableside with baked potato, mashed potato or a fresh garden vegetable. Our Steak and Chop selections include Double Cut Pork Chop, Filet Mignon, Blackened Rib Eye, Bone-In Rib Eye, New York Strip, Lamb Silverado and Tomahawk Rib Eye.
There is a variety of entrée items and these include a Silverado Salad tossed tableside with Baked Potato, Mashed Potato or a Fresh Garden Vegetable. The entrée selections range from Tartlet Parisian, Pan Seared Free Range Chicken Breast, Roast Prime Rib of Beef, Grilled Salmon, Tuscany Style Braised Short Rib of Beef, Filet Trio, Halibut Francaise, Lobster Tails to the Catch of the Day.
To finish the night off right, the dessert menu has something for everyone. The choices include Black Cherry Parfait, Crème Brulee, New York Style Cheesecake, Decadent Molten Chocolate Cake, Lemon Cream Cake, Warm New Orleans Style Beignets, Ice Cream and Sorbets. Steak Bites: Tender bite-size pieces of beef, marinated overnight and sautéed, finished with our teriyaki glaze and lemon zest.

Shrimp Cocktail: Chilled shrimp seasoned and cooked in white wine, served with lemon and our house made spicy cocktail sauce.

Potato Skins: Stuffed with a cheddar / jack cheese blend and topped with bacon, sour cream, pico de gallo and chives.

Steak Wrapped Asparagus: Thin sliced steak around grilled asparagus, drizzled in our teriyaki glaze.
